Lil Durk’s brother DThang was reportedly shot and killed outside Chicago on Saturday (June 5).
According to a report from HipHopDX, witnesses say he was shot in the head outside a strip club called Club O in Harvey, Ill. and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Durk has not commented on his brother’s passing, but producer Murda Beatz and Chicago rapper Calboy mourned the loss on social media. “R.I.P. Dthang. It’s always been love when you saw me,” the latter tweeted.
RIP DTHANG 🙏🏻💙

This is the latest tragedy to strike Durk. In November, his Only The Family protégé King Von was fatally shot outside a hookah lounge in Atlanta, while his 21-year-old cousin Nuski was killed in 2014.
Just last week, Durk and DThang were seen celebrating at a birthday party for Quality Control CEO Pierre “Pee” Thomas in Atlanta.
On Friday, Durk and Lil Baby dropped their collaborative project, The Voice of the Heroes, featuring Travis Scott, Young Thug, Meek Mill, and Rod Wave.
