Today is a day of celebration for more than just Florence Otedola, more commonly known by her stage name DJ Cuppy, as she has completed her third degree from the University of Oxford after studying African Studies. After receiving congratulatory messages from fans and family alike, Femi Otedola, her billionaire father, shared an Instagram post revealing that he will be saving up for her upcoming PhD, or Doctor of Philosophy.
To this, Cuppy replied that she was content with what she had achieved and that the three degrees she had completed were enough.
He wrote:
Congratulations on your Oxford University MSc Graduation Ifemi @cuppymusic. I’ll start saving for your PhD school fees, no knowledge is wasted… F.Ote.”
Replying to her father, DJ Cuppy said that the three degrees she has are enough.
